Can I sign up for glai.io?
Not yet. The product is in development and there is no account system. Email us if you want to hear when it opens.
What does the demo on the home page do?
It plays written sample voice notes and shows the ticket a team would receive. The samples are examples we wrote, not real customer feedback.
Does the demo record my microphone?
No. The microphone option only moves the wave on screen. The sound is read inside your browser tab and is never recorded, stored or sent to a server.
The microphone button says "No mic". Why?
Your browser blocked microphone access or no microphone was found. Allow it in the site settings next to the address bar, or use the samples instead.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is not decided. We will not publish a number until there is a product to pay for.
