They say it.

Feedback boxes get one tired line. A voice gets the whole story. glai.io is a voice feedback widget: users press a button and talk, and your team gets a written ticket, not a recording.
- Demo runs in your browser
- No account
- Nothing is uploaded
Pick a sample to hear how a user would say it, or use your own microphone to move the wave.

How it works
Voice in, ticket out. That is the whole product.
-
Step 1
Ask one question
Paste one line of code where you want feedback: next to a bug, on the cancel page, after a release.
-
Step 2
They press and talk
No form, no account. The user holds a button and says it the way they would say it to a colleague.
-
Step 3
You get a ticket
A title, the details, mood and urgency, sent to the place your team already works.
What we are building
A feedback tool your team reads, not listens to
One button, no form
The widget is a microphone button and a question. Nothing else to fill in.
Structure, not a recording
Nobody on your team has to listen to audio. They read a title, a summary and the facts.
Tagged on arrival
Every note is marked as a bug, request, praise or complaint, with mood and urgency.
Sent where work happens
Rules send each type to the right place: issue tracker, team chat, email or a webhook.
Text works too
People who cannot or do not want to speak can type. Both end up in the same format.
Audio is not kept by default
The plan is to delete the recording once it is written up, unless you choose to keep it.
Use cases
Where a voice beats a text box
Voice bug reports
Users describe what broke in their own words. You get steps, expected and actual.

Feature requests
Hear the problem behind the request, not just "please add export".

Replace the "why are you leaving?" dropdown with one honest answer.

Questions
What is glai.io?
A voice feedback widget for websites and apps. Users press a button and talk; glai.io turns what they said into a written, tagged ticket for your team.
Can I use it today?
Not yet. The product is in development. The demo on this page shows the format of what a team would receive, using written samples.
Does the demo record me?
No. If you use your microphone, the sound only moves the wave on screen. It stays in your browser tab and is not recorded, saved or sent anywhere.
Hear it in thirty seconds.
Play a sample voice note and watch it turn into a ticket. Nothing to install.
